Workforce One ITG Proposal Letter

Attached is a workforce One ITG proposal letter necessary to obtain a Individual Training Grant Voucher. 

The letter can be completed by candidate and must be done in Adobe.  You must type into the following fields:  

1.  Today's Date                                               

2.  Re:  Your Name                                          

3.  Start Date:  Today's date                         

4.  End Date:  2-4 Week from Start Date  

Once you have completed the form, you must submit it by hand or via email to your workforce Career Advisor.
